Notice everything—their clothes, demeanor, confidence—these are blueprints for your own transformation. Rather than interrogating this wiser version of yourself, simply receive their guidance. The most powerful moment comes when you imagine them symbolically handing you the "keys" to your future life—perhaps a house key, wedding band, or career credential. This exercise works because it bridges who you are today with who you're capable of becoming, creating a roadmap for growth that feels both calming and affirming.
